Job Title: Semi Skilled Labourer/Handyman (Construction Site)
Location: Bicester (HP18 area)
Pay Rate: 15 - 16 per hour
Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Labourer/Handyman to join our team on a construction site located near Bicester (HP18). The majority of the work will be indoors in a warm, dry environment, providing you with comfortable working conditions throughout the year. You will be responsible for manual labour tasks as well as basic maintenance and repair duties, so practical skills and handyman experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities for Labourer:

• Carrying out general manual labour tasks on the construction site.
• Performing basic maintenance, repairs, and handyman duties as required.
• Assisting with site clean-up and organization.
• Working closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations on site.

Labourer Requirements:

• In-date DBS Check (working within the grounds of a prison).
• SC Security Clearance or the ability to attain SC clearance (funded by the client).
• CSCS Card (mandatory).
• Previous experience in manual labour, construction, or as a handyman.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and practices.
• Reliable, hardworking, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
