LARGE LOSS PI CLAIMS HANDLER

Hybrid working with days in office negotiable- If you have exceptional experience handling Motor Personal Injury RTA claims of a complex technical nature we have a perfect role for you with excellent prospects and rewards ideal for someone who has worked for an Insurer, Broker or in Insurance Accident management.

The successful applicant will proactively manage a caseload of technically complex claims up to a value of £500,000 including fatalities, mild brain, and serious orthopaedic injury claims whilst operating within Delegated Authority and reserving and reporting to reinsurers when required.

You ll also provide technical support and guidance to less experienced claims handlers and handle technical referrals where required.

To be considered for this senior role you MUST have a solid understanding of case law, statute, CPR and Pre-Action Protocols. You will have worked in a similar role within the Insurance industry in the UK for several years.
