PPA Teacher - Ashford

Full-time/Part-Time - MPS-UPS - ASAP start

Tradewind Recruitment are sourcing for Teachers to cover PPA in Primary schools in the Ashford area, for long-term contract positions to start immediately. These positions are open for both full-time and part-time possibilities and will be covering across both KS1 and KS2. We would welcome applications from experienced teachers and ECTs alike!

The Role

• Planning and delivering the Primary Curriculum across KS1 and KS2
• Delivering the cover work set out by the class teacher but adapting where necessary and appropriate.
• Managing behaviour within the classroom effectively
• Taking part in staff meetings and training sessions if required

Requirements

• Hold QTS in the UK
• Experience teaching the UK Primary Curriculum. Experience weighted more to either KS1 or KS2 is not entirely essential.
• Be open to teaching multiple year groups, potentially across KS1 and KS2.
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to get one.
• Have right to work in the UK
