We are excited to be hiring two new Social Workers who will be welcomed into our fantastic Elmbridge Locality Team. Based in Weybridge we are close to the London borders, enjoying excellent transport links to and from London. Our bright modern offices are also based within touching distance of a large retail park with great shopping opportunities. This is a full-time position, but part-time applications will be considered also.

About the Role
As a Social Worker in Surrey, you will work across various unique projects that ensure that the people we support can enjoy a home of their own, an environment in which they are supported to live a healthy & meaningful lifestyle.
You will be undertaking safeguarding enquiries, carrying out assessments within the community and working with a diverse group of individuals and partner agencies.
You will be able to supervise less experienced members of staff within the team and support their development. In return for all of your skills, enthusiasm and commitment we will support you to take your career to the next level. In turn, you will receive professional supervision and be working in a team of motivated, dedicated and friendly colleagues.

Surrey has both urban and rural areas and locality based social care workers will be expected to have a valid driving licence to drive in the UK and access to a vehicle and be willing to travel across a wide geographical area.
