Multi Trade Operative

Multi-trade - Cornwall

Experienced Multi-trade required for social housing maintenance work on properties covering from Camborne down to Penzance.

Quick starts available with ongoing work.

Multi-trade Day to Day:

• Going to various social housing properties to carry out maintenance work
• Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, Carpentry, minor Plumbing, Painting etc

Multi-trade Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Asbestos awareness
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Driving licence and own vehicle and some tools
