Sous Chef

Experienced Sous Chef needed for a busy restaurant and functions venue near Truro.

You will be supporting the Head Chef in their day to day duties, and will be expected to look after the kitchen on their days off.

This is a high volume venue, so experience in a similar position is essential.

The venue has a strong locals trade, as well as being a busy tourist attraction.
