You will be a strategic thinker and lead Procurement Consultancy services, focusing on complex digital and clinical systems procurement for NHS clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Procurement Consultancy Services, supporting clients through strategic procurement of complex IT systems like EPRs and diagnostic solutions
• Develop 'go-to-market' strategies for procurement and contract management support
• Support business case development and ensure value for money in digital systems procurement
• Establish internal contract review and management processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to achieve company EBITDA targets

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• MCIPS qualified or equivalent relevant experience
• Extensive experience in NHS procurement and contract management
• Strong understanding of digital systems in healthcare
• Experience in scaling and stabilizing a business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

• Better Business Case qualification
• PRINCE2 project management qualification
• Senior NHS operational management experience
• Consultancy experience in health and care services
