Our Nottingham team are currently looking to expand as we look to further grow our presence within the UK Government markets. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join the team, where you will be trained up from scratch to become a specialist recruiter in your market, no experience required!

The role itself:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK Government clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Identify and attract top talent with relevant experience through targeted channels.
  • Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for roles within government organisations.
  • Focus on winning new business and developing your own existing accounts to expand the client base.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
