Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy temporary recruitment desk, delivering high-quality candidates to meet client needs quickly.
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews, manage the recruitment process, and provide ongoing support to all parties.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in recruitment or sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Self-driven and able to manage time effectively, especially with reduced or flexible hours.
