Title: CAD Designer

Salary: 30/35k

We are looking for a CAD Designer to join our established consultancy, renowned for delivering comprehensive noise and vibration solutions across various sectors. In the capacity of a CAD Designer, you will have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of projects, utilising your expertise to develop detailed designs and plans. The responsibilities of the CAD Designer include conducting site surveys, coordinating design activities with stakeholders, creating detailed manufacturing and installation drawings, generating general arrangement drawings, and actively participating in design meetings to ensure alignment with client requirements.

CAD Designer Package:

• 25 days of annual leave, with an additional 3 days granted between Christmas and New Year

The CAD Designer position requires experience within the construction industry, particularly in the HVAC, mechanical, or structural steelwork sectors. Proficiency in 2D design work, AutoCAD, and relevant software tools, along with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, effective time management, and an understanding of best installation practices, are all essential. A full driver's licence and proximity to the Portsmouth office are also required.
