German speaking Customer Service

The company:
A family-owned supplier of luxurious products for domestic and international clients.

Main duties:
To deliver exceptional support to the Sales team and act as the primary point of contact for clients in both the UK and Europe.

The role:
- To support the sales team and collaborate with them to ensure accurate order processing and meeting customer requirements
- To schedule meetings between our dedicated sales representatives and clients
- To handle the administration and confirmation of sales orders in both English and German
- To directly engage with customers through email and phone to address inquiries and concerns
- To support and facilitate the success of a German and UK-based Sales Representative and all the orders and quotes from their valued customers
- To coordinate the logistics of collections and deliveries by collaborating with freight agents and warehouse staff
- To manage credit control for customers based in Germany
- To attend the trade shows in the UK and Europe, to meet with clients and offer product support

The candidate:
- Fluent in German (spoken and written)
- Experience in sales administration or customer service would be beneficial
- Computer literate
- A good team player
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills are required
- Excellent attention to detail is essential

The salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
