Assistant Quantity Surveyor 35,000 - 45,000 Essex Contractor (Facades) Permanent

We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to provide essential support to the Quantity Surveying team within this leading architectural glazing and fa ade specialist.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will become involved in all aspects of managing the commercial and contractual elements of construction projects, to include cost management, contract administration and ensuring effective financial control from conception to completion.

The candidate will find themselves working on some pretty impressive fa ade projects that help to define skylines whilst creating lasting value for clients.

What do you need to get involved:

• Ideally, a degree in Quantity Surveying, a related construction qualification or on the way to achieving this.
• Previous experience in a surveying role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, obviously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take onboard information, learn quickly and work as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
