This well-established organisation is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team. They are a successful organisation with a lot of opportunities to grow and develop your skill set.
Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the sales team with their calls and ensuring that they meet the relevant criteria. You will be assessing calls, suggesting and providing improvements to individuals for their calls, supporting the internal compliance process and making suggestions on internal processes by spotting and analysing trends and presenting findings to senior management teams.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience within a regulated environment will help you succeed in this role. You will have experience working within a busy and varied team and have worked within quality assurance/compliance before. You are able to communicate effectively, provide constructive feedback, and you have excellent attention to detail. You are able to understand and present trends in a clear and concise manner. You are also able to get to the office 5 days a week in Manchester.
What you'll get in return
