Groundworker CSCS

My client is looking for 5x Groundworkers to help on their major residential project. External works e.g. slabbing/kerbing based in Dover, Kent.

• Location: Dover
• Pay rate: 20 p/h
• Duration: 3 months

The project:

A traditional build development of 42x new homes. Consisting of houses (semi detached and detached) and apartments.

The role:

Your role will involve but not be limited to:

• Clearing and preparing a construction siteSetting up and taking down the site facilities, such as barriers, signs, huts, etc.
• Following health and safety procedures
• Operating plant machinery for excavation or earthmoving tasks
• Laying concrete, kerbs, flagstones, and paving for the site

About you:

• Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, ECS, EMS, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)
• Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
