Job Requirements/Description

What you will do

We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination and support for the retail sales team, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing sales documentation, and assisting with customer enquiries.

Some of the day to day duties:

  • Check and place new vehicle orders using Volvo Sales Support (VSS), Order manager (OM) and Dealerpoint (DP-TA) - training will be given on in-house systems.
  • Action/order amendments as required
  • checking on progression of retail vehicle orders through to delivery stage
  • Liaise and communicate with external and local suppliers scheduling work as required
  • Manage all purchase orders relating to each deal
  • Regular communication of the progress, identifying and managing risks of delivery timings to customers, TSE's and Sales Director
  • Vehicle registration and taxation
  • Vehicle Invoicing, manage GP variance
  • Liaise with customers regarding truck order
  • Liaise with Finance Companies to follow up payment
  • Liaise with vehicle movement companies

Who are you?

  • Previous automotive experience ideally within a similar role along with admin and maybe accounts experience would suit
  • Good level of IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
  • An organised approach to your work
  • Full/current UK driving licence
