Calling all Mechanical & Electrical Project / Contract Managers in Devon & Cornwall
Build Maintain Recruit (BMR) are seeking Mechanical and Electrical Project Managers to join a progressive regional Building Services Contractor based on the outskirts of Plymouth. The business delivery mechanical and electrical services to a range of tier 1 main contractor, tier two contractors and have a series of client direct clients they services.

What we re looking for:

• Proven experience in managing M&E projects from inception to completion and handover
• Strong leadership and contract management skills
• Ability to oversee budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Experience with commercial, residential, or industrial projects is a bonus!

What you ll need to succeed,

• A core mechanical or electrical skill set,
• HND or HNC in building services engineering would be advantageous
• SMSTS or equivalent
• Relevant CSCS (black management)

In return, we are offering a competitive annual salary dependent on experience (£55,000 - £65,000) car allowance, and varied benefits there on; all whilst working for a progressive yet family run business offering growth and stability.
