Good Knowledge of The Supported Accommodation Regulation Including Quality Standards

To remain as the Registered Service Manager with Ofsted and CQC

Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for the day to day management and operational delivery of Kingdom Youth Services Semi- Independence Services.
- To oversee the implementation of standards as required by Ofsted and CQC.
- To lead regulatory inspections, ensuring the service is high-quality and evidenced based during inspection.
- To aim to achieve the CQC and Ofsted rating of Outstanding.
- To be part of the second line on-call system.
Supported Accommodation (Supported Living 16- 18)
- To ensure that the Regulated Activities meets with required inspection standards under Ofsted and is delivered in accordance with the Health & Social Care Act (2012) ensuring compliance with any new policy and/or guidance which may come into force.
- To ensure positive outcomes are achieved through the delivery of high-quality support.
- To work alongside the Operations Manager to review, monitor and plan services supporting the overall strategic direction.
- To ensure multi-agency work between Care and Support within Kingdom Youth Services, Education and Health to support and develop all plans for the young people in our care.
- To lead and manage Young People, to ensure efficient operation of the home in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, polices and the Statement of Purpose.
