The Client:

My client is a Chartered Quantity Surveying firm with offices based in Buckingham, London and Chesterfield.

They specialize in construction, commercial/fit out, refurbishment and maintenance projects with key contracts with the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Justice.

They are experiencing year on year growth and seeking to expand their team to maximise their growth.

Job Overview:

My client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based at their head office in Buckingham.

The successful candidate will have experience in the rail sector and will work on a project in the Colchester area.

They are open to an experienced QS making their first step up to a senior level or a more senior Commercial Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in the rail sector
• Educated to a degree level
• RICS accredited
