About the job

• Loading and unloading parcels from lorries

• Scanning and labelling parcels quickly and efficiently

• Moving parcels onto a conveyor belt
• Manually sorting parcels and packages

The right candidate

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a manual role such as warehouse operative, production work, or as a sorter at another distribution company
• Happy to consent to criminal record check (Basic DBS) prior to starting work, paid for by Pertemps
• Comfortable lifting packages up to 30kg and dragging/pushing heavy cages
