Repairs Coordinator

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Repairs Coordinator to their busy property services team on an ongoing temporary contract.

This is a busy role , you must be good at multi-tasking, with excellent attention to detail, highly organised and able to prioritize workload. Experience of working in a repairs scheduling environment and system such as Opti time DRS would be make you stand out as a candidate.
