Apprenticeship Delivery Manager - Secondment

About this Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity to join the award winning Lloyds Banking Group Apprenticeship Team on a 12 month basis. Working as a Delivery Manager you will design, manage and deliver apprenticeship opportunities across a wide range of business areas, working with a variety of Training Providers.

What you’ll need:

• Ability to build relationships with business stakeholders to understand talent and development needs to recommend solutions.
• An understanding of apprenticeships across the UK, ensuring compliance to funding rules and enabling improvements to programme delivery through external insights.
• Experience of working with third party suppliers to enhance partnerships with Training Providers and Universities.
• Experience of managing programmes and cyclical activities, using qualitative and quantitative measures to monitor performance and communicate the value of delivery.
