Blending Site Operator

Mole Valley Feed Solutions is the largest, farmer-owned, independent feed manufacturer in the UK offering an extensive range of products and services. These include compounds, blends, meals, straights, and minerals; combined with a range of technical support services provided by a dedicated team of qualified feed specialists. 

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our small friendly team at our Blending Site in Bristol. In this role you will be involved with the manufacture of animal feed from raw materials through to loading the lorry.

This is an active and practical environment which requires an Operative who is a great communicator and team player. Due to the nature of the products and role, this position will involve regular lifting.

On a day-today basis you will be

• Operating the mill machinery and equipment 
• Following weighbridge procedures 
• Operating bagging and packing systems 
• Responsible for stock control of raw material 

To be a successful Production Operative you will be

• Hard working and able to follow instruction 
• Able to work calmly under pressure 
• A team player who can work from their own initiative without constant supervision 
• Able to do repetitive tasks 
• Flexible with an adaptable approach to work
• Patient and careful
