The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field (PGCE or QTS preferred)
• Have proven experience as a Key Stage 1 Teacher, ideally in a classroom setting
• Possess a deep understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and teaching principles
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with Key Stage 1 standards
• Create an inclusive, interactive learning environment that caters to each student s unique needs
• Promote a positive classroom culture that fosters a love of learning and personal development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing ideas and best practices to create a strong learning community
• Maintain regular communication with parents, keeping them informed of student progress and working together to support learning goals
• Stay updated on current educational trends and continuously seek professional growth opportunities
