Our client, a leading manufacturer of electrical products, is offering a genuinely entry level position for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join their team. Working across the full scope of engineering activities, your role will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the improvement and development of existing products
• Produce production assembly drawings and guides
• Update and release drawings through the application of change management processes
• Collaborate with key suppliers, Technical, QC, and production teams
• Manage document and software control
• Produce 3D and 2D CAD
• Generate BOMs using assembly data
• Manage own workload to meet critical project objectives
• Participate in design reviews

Skills and Experience sought:

• Previous use of a 2D & 3D CAD Packages (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Siemens NX or similar)
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
• Organized approach to documentation and keen attention to detail
• Enthusiasm and commitment to achieving objectives
• Solution-focused approach and dedication to managing tasks to conclusion
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Degree or relevant qualifications in Engineering or manufacturing based subjects (e.g., HNC, HND, A Levels, T Levels)
