About the Role

Key responsibilities of this role would include but not be limited to:

• Inspect sites to ensure compliance with specifications and installation requirements, including taking measurements, photographs, and data capture, followed by detailed site reports.
• Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, designers, building control, fire engineers, and end clients.
• Provide toolbox talks to demonstrate installation methods for passive fire protection on live projects, particularly within external wall cladding systems.
• Support cross-functional teams in new product introductions and product development.
• Assist the commercial team (sales/specification) by providing informed advice on products.

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, willing to travel as required for the role.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex information.
• Technically proficient with commercial awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of impressing and influencing clients.
• Extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• experience overseeing fire protection projects across various sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of different construction methods.
• In-depth technical knowledge of passive fire products, including cavity barriers and intumescent materials.

And be in possession of the following:

• Solid working knowledge of Approved Document B (Fire Safety).
• A valid SMSTS
• CSCS Gold or Black Card
• IFE Level 2 or 3 in Passive Fire Protection
• Full driving License
