Finance Director

We are partnering with a Real Estate Investment, Fund & Asset Management firm seeking a Finance Director. In this role, you will oversee all of the financial accounts for specific funds, collaborating directly with the CFO and leading a team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing firm in the Heart of London. The role is the result of the firm's growth and offers a chance to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance team on both the funds and corporate side.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Strong background in financial accounting and control within the Real Estate industry, ideally from a Fund Accounting context.
• Qualifications: Qualified Accountant with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Effective management, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Team Building: Proven experience in building and managing teams, working closely with senior stakeholders.
• Efficiency: Familiarity with implementing operational and financial process improvements.
• Project Management: Strong skills in managing relationships and third-party engagements, with multitasking capabilities.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team, thriving in a deadline-driven setting.
• Systems: Strong knowledge of Yardi.
