Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Experience building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in understanding complex issues, identifying root causes, and delivering solutions which result in business growth
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in a global or financial services environment
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience using Jira to manage tasks
• Understands cost/ benefit analysis and financial impact
