The Company

We are currently working with a Private Equity (PE) backed business at an exciting stage in their growth journey. With ambitious plans for continued growth and transformation, we have been appointed to search for a Head of Commercial Finance to play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership, and providing key financial insights to support decision-making.

The Role

As the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial finance activities, partnering with the CFO and executive team to ensure the financial health and strategic direction of the company. In this expansive role, you will spearhead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, delivering insightful reporting and strategic guidance to business units. By providing data-driven insights and partnering closely with teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping their financial success and driving sustainable growth.

The Candidate

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with extensive post-qualification experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role
• Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to influence at the senior leadership level
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Proven track record of leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in a high-growth business
