What you'll do

As a Product Owner, you’ll be shaping the product’s vision managing tradeoffs between customer experience, business economics, and financial crime risk. This means taking ownership of the roadmap and the definition, management and prioritisation of the backlog.

You’ll also be:

  • Working with an agile squad of developers to deliver your product features and improvements
  • Conducting research, experimenting, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborating internally and externally to ensure that our CDD product is competitive, reliable, flexible and scalable

The skills you'll need

To join us in this role, you’ll need proven experience as a product owner, product manager, or similar role in an agile software development environment, paired with the ability to put yourself in your users’ shoes and deliver great outcomes for them.

You’ll also be expected to have:

  • Confidence working on both front-end (e.g. user interface) and back end (e.g. APIs) aspects of a product
  • A passion for reducing the harm that financial crime can cause
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience defining minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
