Following a strong performance, we are now planning for significant growth in 2025 and looking to strengthen our Manufacturing and Technical business based in Sheffield. We are looking to add consultants who want to work in a professional and collaborative environment focused on adding value to the Manufacturing industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Consultants, Managers or Directors with a strong track record in Manufacturing, Engineering or Technical recruitment to join our Manufacturing and Technical brand.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Oversee the sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the roles, ensuring a thorough and fair selection process.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Negotiate employment terms and conditions with candidates, including salary, benefits, and other terms, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience, leveraging technology, best practices, and feedback.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with all stakeholders, such as hiring managers, HR partners, and senior leadership, to understand their needs and align recruitment efforts with organisational priorities.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address any conflicts or issues that arise during the recruitment process, providing timely resolution and maintaining positive relationships with all parties involved.
  • Professional Development: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in recruitment through continuous learning and professional development activities.

Job Experience :

  • At least 5 years operating in a talent/recruitment role
  • Driven to be a market leader in a manufacturing or technical sector
  • A resilient problem solver
  • Can work with in a team of experience recruitment consultants
  • Demonstrate a passion to create long lasting relationships
