Static Building Services Engineer

My client are currently seeking a building services Engineer to be based at a ultra-high end residential development in Holland that consists of 40 , multi million pound apartments and communal space & commercial plant rooms.

 

You will be the sole engineer based on site, managing the log books and responding to all building services/fabric PPM’S/Service/Breakdowns on site.

 

THE ROLE: 

You will be expected to carrying out the following works within the commercial plant rooms as well as within the customers apartments :

• Perform commercial plant room PPM & Statutory testing works.
• Manage all log books for the site. 
• There are a couple of plant rooms on site with various equipment from boilers, pumps, AHU’s, AC, water pumps, tanks etc, emergency light testing, general fabric duties.
• The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, client facing and happy to turn their hand to any building services issues on site.

 

SALARY & PACKAGE ON OFFER:

• 45K salary
• Monday to Friday 8 till 5pm
• No call out – engineer does need to be flexible on ad hoc basis in case of emergency but is quite rare – they have their own 24/7-night security team as well.
