Estimator

We are currently working with a multi million pound developer looking for an Estimator based out of one of their regional offices. As an Estimator you will be responsible for producing land appraisals and also the pricing of new build housing developments.

Duties will include:

• Complete the initial appraisal of the tender opportunity
• Develop a viable pricing strategy
• Attend meetings as required with the pre construction team
• Prepare suitable supply chain enquiries
• Maintain strong working relationships with locals and supply chains
• Review subcontractor and material supplier quotation analysis
• Review fixed price analysis
• Review Planning and S106 requirements and assess any financial implications.
