In this role, you won t just teach theories you ll shape inquisitive students who can critically examine human behaviour and understand the world through a psychological lens. We re looking for someone who can foster an environment where students feel safe to question, explore, and apply psychological concepts both inside and outside the classroom. Your teaching will be instrumental in developing skills of analysis, empathy, and self-reflection in young learners.

• Inspire Curiosity: Design and deliver lessons that spark interest in psychological studies, from Freud to modern-day neuroscience.
• Challenge Thinking: Encourage students to question and debate psychological theories and their implications in real life.
• Support Growth: Provide feedback that is constructive and geared towards nurturing confidence and intellectual growth.
• Collaborate: Work alongside other teachers and faculty members to build an interdisciplinary approach to Social Sciences.
• Empower Students: Equip students with the skills they need to succeed in exams and beyond, instilling a lifelong appreciation for psychology.

• A Qualified Educator: You must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK, or equivalent, ideally with specialisation in Psychology.
• Experienced & Knowledgeable: Previous experience teaching Psychology, particularly at the A-Level, is highly desirable.
• A Lifelong Learner: Open to new ideas, continuous professional development, and keeping up with advancements in psychological research.
• A True Mentor: Able to support students through academic challenges while being a positive role model.
