This is a good rated secondary school in Greenwich, dedicated to supporting the academic and personal development of our students. We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our school community and make a positive impact on students' learning.

• Classroom Support: Work closely with teachers to provide targeted support to students, both in small groups and individually, across a range of subjects.
• One-to-One Support: As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide specialized assistance to students with additional learning needs, including those with SEND, helping them to access the curriculum.
• Resource Preparation: Assist teachers in preparing classroom resources to ensure all students in Greenwich have the tools they need for success.
• Student Well-being: Help promote positive behaviour and support students' emotional well-being, creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Extra-Curricular Support: Support extra-curricular activities, trips, and after-school programs as part of the Teaching Assistant role.

• Qualifications: A degree is essential. Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is beneficial.
• Experience: Prior work with young people, especially those with additional needs, is desirable but not essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. A passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
