Our client is open-minded regarding experience and qualifications; you can be part-qualified or qualified (i.e. solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, etc ) and salary will be dependent on these factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Provide clients with clear, timely, and accurate advice, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met.
• Maintain full compliance with all regulatory and firm policies, including SRA standards.
• Contribute to the firm's success by meeting individual fee targets and participating in marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the development of team members and participate in regular team meetings.
