We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team in Glasgow.

This roles offers a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 + additional benefits including an early finish on a Friday.

Position

This position will play a vital role in the office capability as we continue to grow in both scale and headcount. You'll liaise with departments heads (finance, operations etc) and collaborate with the office manager closely to ensure a smooth running department.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking, stocking taking and ordering Stationery/ PPE.
  • Providing general clerical/admin support across the team e.g photocopying, scanning and typing.
  • To undertake routine administration tasks.
  • Update computerised records/information.
  • Raising Purchase Orders.
  • Booking accommodation via email/telephone.
  • Office cover during staff holidays

Requirements

  • Proficient in using a computer (especially Word, Excel and MS Office)
  • Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
