Job Summary
Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual to work on their busy reception desk in a mail sorting company and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with various tasks that contribute to the smooth running of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive first impression by greeting and welcoming visitors to the business
- Locate customer parcels efficiently and ensure the smooth running of the collection process
- Answering customer calls and/or emails
- Managing visitor access, issuing visitor badges, maintain visitor logs, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Handling incoming mail and packages
- Manage and monitor 2hr delivery slots to ensure the drivers are on time for these deliveries
- Ensure drivers have all assigned deliveries on the van each day
Requirements:
- This is a multitasking role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Shifts available:
7am - 15.30pm
8.30am- 17.00pm
Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
