Construction Project Manager Developer Marlow

We are exclusively partnered with a rapidly expanding property developer based in Marlow. They are looking for a Project Manager to contribute to the growth of the business, overseeing the businesses property portfolio in their target areas.

The projects range from residential conversions, loft extensions and residential refits all to accommodate the serviced accommodation sector. With projects across the Southeast, the successful Project Manager will be based in Marlow, with the view of some remote working, with regular trips to the sites.

The MD is expecting someone who is proactive, well organised and a forward thinker as the projects are of a fast-paced nature.

An exciting time to join a small but very successful developer with a handful of very hardworking individuals.

This position would be suited to someone who is a Project Manager who has had exposure commercially that understands JCT contracts.

The Project Manager

• Must have residential experience
• Can demonstrate they are proactive and forward thinking
• Must have a driving licence
• Able to be self-sufficient and competent to handle the workload
• JCT D&B experience
• Happy to travel to sites across the South

• Up to £80,000 basic salary
