We are looking for an experience Sales Account Executive to join our team based in Salford.
Responsibilities
- Building relationships with new clients and manage relationships with existing ones.
- Generating business by inbound and outbound calls and email enquiries
- Managing the sales process from start to finish
- Updating records of all communication on CRM software
- Following up on all sales leads generated online
- Handling customer queries & complaints
- Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales
- Creating quotations and confirmations of orders on CRM software

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure
