Location: West Drayton
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (100% office-based)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive cost savings and process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Solve complex production challenges using Six Sigma tools and problem-solving techniques.
- Optimise manufacturing processes to meet quality and safety standards.
- Work closely with Quality Engineers to verify and improve quality control systems.
- Monitor and improve moulding processes (experience beneficial but not essential).
- Create and refine operating instructions and troubleshooting guides.
- Lead root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) for design and process improvements.
- Identify and mitigate health and safety risks through risk assessments.
What You Bring:
- A strong background in production engineering with experience in process improvement and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel and CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred).
- A Six Sigma toolbox mindset, focused on driving continuous improvements.
- Experience with injection moulding and assembly equipment (desired but not essential).
- A solid understanding of HSE processes and standards.
- Ideally educated to degree level or with equivalent work-based experience (advanced apprenticeship considered).
- 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
