Building Maintenance person with plumbing bias x4 - Amesbury in Wiltshire

• 38,000 per annum
• Holiday pay, pension and company benefits scheme
• Monday to Friday - Days 8am - 4pm
• Permanent role - Amesbury

Purpose of role:

To carry out straightforward planned and reactive mechanical maintenance work in a large commercial building located in Amesbury -including plumbing repair and maintenance, fault finding, testing water temperature, changing filters on air handling units etc.

38,000 per annum, Monday to Friday - Permanent Role

Working for a nationwide facilities company this is a fantastic opportunity for a time served maintenance handyperson with experience in plumbing repair and maintenance and general building services maintenance experience.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in planned maintenance and repair in buildings
• Good Plumbing experience
• Experience of changing filters on air handling units and steam.
• Full UK driving license
• Previous Experience on a critical site.
