Teaching and Research Fellow in Latin American History

The Opportunity:

This post is full-time (35 hours per week), the postholder will provide a comprehensive PA and project management service to the Division of Neuroimaging, primarily its two Professors of Neuroradiology, across a range of academic activities and research projects. You should be highly organised, accurate and meticulous, have experience in budget and project management, proficient in Excel, Word, referencing systems, proofreading and formatting, and a proven track record of organising and servicing meetings. Experience with grant submissions and manuscript preparation in a Higher Education or medical environment would be an advantage.

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary, multi-collaborative environment.
• Experience of minute taking; efficient minute-taking abilities.
• Experience of working/responding independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances.
• Multi-tasking capability with excellent organisation, time management, dependability and work integrity, combined with flexibility.
