Job Requirements/Description
- Prioritise daily work load in order to meet the requirements and deadlines of sites.
- Liaise with site managers, contract managers and project managers on a daily basis
- Sourcing the best product and price for the all the sites' material and plant hire requirements
- Placing orders, one off as well as bulk orders
- Sending specifications out for tender. Negotiate for the most competitive price, meeting all site requirements, to include scheduled deliveries until the completion of the order
- Liaise with suppliers in regard to future projects and gauge the lead in time required for specific materials to meet site deadlines
- Attend site project meetings
- Work along side commercial teams for value engineering and overall costing.
- Reporting to Commercial Manager
