CNC Programmer

Responsibilities:
- Program, set, and operate CNC machines.
- Create programs using CAD/CAM packages.
- Select tooling and work holding systems.
- Safely operate machines and prevent crashes.
- Inspect and deburr parts.
- Use manual overrides to control feed rates.
- Maintain accurate documentation and clock on/off jobs using SFDC.
- Suggest process improvements and conduct part marking.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Use metrology and CMM equipment.

Requirements:
- Driving license.
- Solidworks or similar CAD experience.
- Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and computer literacy.
