Job title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Commercial Site in Trafford Park, Manchester

Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary/rate: Salary is paying 37,000 Per annum + Package

Requirements:

• City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing
• Building services experience

About the role: We are looking to take on board a mechanical engineer / maintenance plumber to be based on a commercial site in Trafford park, Manchester. This role comes with a 1 in 4 call out and bundles of over time. The client on site is a globally known clothing brand.

Responsibilities:

• PPMs & reactive maintenance
• Working on AHUs & FCUs
• Emergency lighting
• General building services
• General plumbing
