Quantity Surveyor

They support projects ranging from £200k minor works to strategic masterplans exceeding £300m.

The Role:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Quantity Surveyor. You will play a key role in managing projects across various sectors, from commercial to residential and renewables, ensuring the highest standards of delivery. Your hands-on approach will inspire confidence in stakeholders as you lead projects from inception to completion.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage the delivery of diverse projects across the UK
• Work closely with clients, offering innovative solutions and ensuring cost-effective results
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors

About You:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the property and construction sector
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for detail
• Passionate about delivering excellence and maintaining the companies reputation for integrity, honesty, and passion
• RICS or equivalent qualification
