Team Overview
Join our team of sales account managers responsible for selling our EPIC tag ICs into a global ecosystem of UHF RFID inlay bonders, service bureaus and end-users. This position will take a leadership role in managing our global accounts.
What you will do:
- In partnership with the EPIC sales team, actively manage and grow global strategic accounts in our ecosystem by selling and deploying robust, customized item-intelligence solutions.
- Direct our Field Application Engineer (FAE) at critical stages in the engagement of the ecosystem and end-user to raise awareness of our EPIC product portfolio and provide support in the industrialization of their intelligent labels.
- Be the field authority sought after by business development, product management and marketing teams to generate brand awareness with end-users within key vertical markets and develop company insight into market needs and demand.
- Through close collaboration with your accounts, own near- and long-term forecasts for sales region.
- Drive executive customer engagements at customer business reviews, marketing programs & trade shows.
- Proactively engage with EPIC sales, industry inlay bonders and service bureaus to fully understand the ecosystem supporting end-users. Initiate strategies to differentiate our offering and meaningfully increase our share in these deployments.
- Influence executive level customers' decision makers.
- This role requires 40-50% international and domestic travel.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 12 years of rich experience in a technical sales or business development role, preferably RF/wireless.
- Demonstrated success with business impactful sales, delivering best-in class system and/or enterprise-level technical solutions.
- Ability to quickly master and understand the UHF RFID ecosystem from End Users, SI, Service bureaus to Inlay manufacturers.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and create differentiated offerings that result in revenue generation.
- A history of success solving complex global sales issues in collaboration with a team.
- Prior experience with our corporate online customer relationship management tool.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or a related field.
