Location: Hertford, Hybrid Working.

Salary: Basic 75,000 with a generous bonus scheme. Achievable OTE of 150k year one, plus benefits.

Our client delivers exceptional financial planning service to their HNW clients, and they will provide you with a client bank to help kick start your journey within the group. They have a team of very talented people to help you reach the pinnacle of your career and grow the business. There is a clear remuneration structure in place.

Key Responsibilities required Financial Advisor:

• Assessing & identifying financial needs for new and existing clients
• Conducting product research
• Implementing money laundering processes
• Providing holistic financial planning services
• Conducting lifestyle planning assessments
• Presenting financial recommendations to clients
• Conducting client financial reviews
• Keeping up to date with regulatory changes
• Networking with professional partners
• Contributing to marketing initiatives
• Maintaining an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing
• Participating in ongoing CPD activities
• Lifestyle cashflow planning.

Requirements for the Financial Advisor:

• Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning) ideally working towards chartered.
• A min of 5 years' experience in an authorised financial planning role with competent adviser status.
• Strong ambition and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
