Part time Accounts Assistant
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Part time Accounts Assistant to join a manufacturing company based in Andover. This is a permanent position, working 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant:
- Process and maintain the purchase ledger
- Processing invoices, reconciliations and payments
- Maintain accurate detail of supplier information
- Maintaining the sales ledger
- Financial audit preparation
- Ensuring all documents are loaded correctly on Sage accountancy system
Requirements:
- Previous Accounts experience
- Experience with Sage accountancy programme
- Computer literate
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Proactive approach to all issues and processes
The Accounts Assistant role:
- 25 hours per week, working Monday to Friday
- Hybrid role, Will be required to work from the office on Tuesday and Thursdays
- Flexibility to attend the office more when required
- £26,000 - £30,000 full time equivalent
- 20 days annual leave, rising one per year up to 28 plus bank holidays
