Description

  • Reconciliations, invoices and hotel claims.
  • Negotiating travel options for colleagues.
  • Deal with the expenses daily.
  • Weekly invoices processing.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Assist in reconciling travel-related expenses and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Profile

  • May be studying towards a relevant accountancy qualification.
  • May have previous experience working as a Travel Administrator (Finance).
  • Has a passion for travel.
  • May have invoice, reconciliation skills, insurance and hotel claims experience.
  • Have confidence in picking up the phone
