Description
- Reconciliations, invoices and hotel claims.
- Negotiating travel options for colleagues.
- Deal with the expenses daily.
- Weekly invoices processing.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in reconciling travel-related expenses and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Profile
- May be studying towards a relevant accountancy qualification.
- May have previous experience working as a Travel Administrator (Finance).
- Has a passion for travel.
- May have invoice, reconciliation skills, insurance and hotel claims experience.
- Have confidence in picking up the phone
